Question Torch issue

Please Login to Remove!

Hi i dont know if anyone else has had this issue but the case around the screen of my torch seems to be flaking off....i have not even had the phone 2 months and always keep it in a case when i am not using it. It is really starting to bug me and i was wondering if anyone else had this issue or if anyone knew what i could do about as the phone store i got it from dont see it as a fault and would exchange it!

Thanks in advance.

Since you've had it for 2 months, it would be a warranty issue rather than going into a corporate store and exchanging it. You've gone over the time limit for store exchanges.

Edit:
Didn't see that you're aware that they won't exchange it.
Also, not knowing where you work, but could it be some type of chemical residue left over after washing up?
