Dunno. I just know that there is a form of threaded sms on bb's. There is no new form of threading on any new OS that I'm aware of.

Correct. The form of threading that exists in this OS version is exactly the same as all the other 4.5 versions I have been using. Therefore there is not "added sms threading" in this OS.

Apparently you didn't know anything special or different was being discussed, which I why I stepped in to point those posts out to you.

Users have been asking for different form of threaded SMS for quite sometime. If you weren't aware of that, that is fine. Not everyone keeps up on this forum day in and day out like I seem to be cursed with lately.

On my 8320 using Desktop 4.7, while trying to install, in Desktop Manger it claims there's no updated needed for the device. I have 4.5.0.110 (build 152) on my phone. I deleted vendor.xml, any ideas?

try using loader.exe located in the Apploader folder(common files\research in motion\apploader) click on the loader.exe and install with the loader wizard instead of using DM.
