8707v "my first blackberry"

New to the blackberry experience i just got a BB 8707v (V=Vodaphone) two days ago. My goal is to no longer have to walk around with my nokia 6230 and iPaq 4555. The UMTS speed boost for internet/email is an added bonus :p
It's kind of a jump into the deep-end for me since i use Windoze at work (outlook) and MacOSX at home (entourage). I am hoping that I can find a way to use the BB as a linking-pin between these two worlds.
3 things I miss already: (1) camera (2) IR connectivity (3) a good user guide
3 things I love already: (1) big screen (2) ease of use (3) big keyboard
