I upgraded my OS to 5.0.0.593 yesterday. The phone is functioning fine except for the below problems:

- Before the upgrade, my phone would lock itself if I inserted it in the holster. That is not happening anymore. In fact if I lock it and then insert it, its unlocking itself the moment its inside the holster.

- The second problem is that the font size if changed is working fine for all menu options except for the call screen and the name of the caller or the person I am calling is still being displayed in the default font size (which I feel is huge).

Any help/suggestions will be appreciated.

The font issue could be a function of the theme. Try a different one, either a theme included with the new OS or an aftermarket there. Just be sure to use one specifically for the 9700/OS 5.

I don't know about the sleep/holster issue. Same holster as before?

Yes the holster is the same as before and I have tried switching to the default theme with no luck. :(

In fact I just discovered a new issue. The mute button on the top right of the phone is not working.

Every now and then a particular handset just gags on a new OS version. Perhaps it's time to give OS 6 a try.
