Major problem with the phone. When the phone module is active and no calls is active I find the touchscreen frequently dials numbers in the previous call list. Not only is this annoying but it is very embarassing to 'pocket dial' people.

Any tips on this? It is a major problem I am finding.

Have you tried locking the device?

You can also download a Pattern lock app as well. You can also try changing your touchscreen to your Home Screen or have another app maxed out so that you do not pocket dial?

You need to ensure that your screen is locked to avoid pocket dial, period. It's not a BlackBerry exclusive phenomenon. It happens on most so-called "smartphones"

It's not really pocket dialing. When I'm on the phone screen it randomly dials numbers from the previous caller list. Any advice?

How can that happen? When you're on the phone...the caller list isn't on screen, only the current call is - and at that, the proximity sensor shuts the screen down - to prevent unintended button press.

Correction. When I hang up and the phone screen returns.

As it should - and if you hit the end or escape button, it goes back to the home screen.
