Public Calendars and Contacts not Syncing

Hi everyone, I have managed to stump Blackberry's tech support on this problem, I wondered if anyone has any insight.
We have recently changed our Exchange server due to a virus. We moved all of the mailboxes, public folders, infomoration store, ect to a new server. This also caused us to change IP addresses and server names. The two servers were idential operating systems wise, both ran Exchange SP2.
The problem we are having is that the public folders are not syncing using the desktop software. We are running the latest version of the Desktop Software. According to my TIF.LOG file, it only seems to be looking at 1/1/1900 - 1/1/1900 and not the whole calendar. According to Blackberry Support, there is a fix for this, but they are not able to tell me what that fix is. They suggest calling Microsoft, but its only THEIR product that is causing me a problem.

Things I have tried:
Whiping the handheld
Deleting the Intellisync folder in the App Data/Research in Motion
Deleting myself from the BES
Creating a new public folder under the new server
Removing the whole Desktop Manager from my computer
Tried Microsoft KB 197237 as suggested by BB Tech Support
Tried importing and re-importing the public folder
Anyone run into this?
