I bought the black shell for the 8830..And the side rails, the little plastic prongs broke on BOTH sides!!


Anyone know what to do? My old ones are beat to ****

Thats where I ordered the black housing. I don't want it to take 3 weeks to get the rails too.

They are rather cheap @ CNN. That's the first time I've heard of those rails breaking in any way. If the tabs on the lower portion of the rails broke, are you sure you had the screws out as they pass through those tabs. Just a thought.
