hi im new to this and i just got a new blackberry 8700r and i was usuing it and i dont kmow what i did and now there's a little black box above where the battery.....
Can some one tell me how to get rid of it or atleast what it is plz and thank you

Does it say Num or ABC in it?

No it's just a small black box that's right above the battery symbol and right under the first number in the time. It has a white line in the middle.

Can either of you post a screen shot? If not does a battery pull clear it?

I tried to take the battery out and put it back in but that didn't work i'll try and get a screenshot.

I found out what it is. lol it's just there to tell you that you have a voicemail.
