Default 8830 WE Browser

Please Login to Remove!

I have a question on the browser. I have never used one on the 8830, but I did use the Pearl. I was amazed on how bad the browser was. Half of the time the page would not display. Does the 8830 have a better browser?

Also, I remember seeing a thread in the past few days about online rebates from Verizon. Got a phone for $150. Anyone know which one I am talking about I can not find it.

Thanks

I do like the the browser on the 8830 better than the 8130 (I use both every day).

I use the Opera Mini 4. It brings up the entire web page and then you zoom in on the area of the page that you want. It also use a mouse pointer that you control with the pearl ball.

I get a lot of browser failures on my 8830, but I've been blaming them on my BES.
