So i have a blackberry 8800 and i havent used it in months, i tried to charge it today and plugged it in. The led glows red and then turns off after about 30 seconds, does this mean anything? is the phone still charging despite the led not being on? And when i plug it into the computer it disconnects after about 30 seconds when the led turn off (i think this is because the battery is so drained). Anyways should i keep the charger in or what is going on?

Edit: now i plugged in the phone to a computer without DM and the phone has the red led glowing constantly (does that mean it is charging), i left it for about 5 hours and still cant turn the phone on, should i leave it for more? is the usb actually proving power to the battery or is it just lieing to me? Plz help
