Recently when switching views in outlook express address book [the default one xp comes with] I've noticed that field "Title" is not filled in any contact, even though it appears on my 8800. This would not be a major issue for me if I wasn't using this field to put country information into my contacts...
Any suggestions? Have you checked if yours is working ?
