Normally the BB and Outlook will sync together so that if I read and reply to a message on the BB then it will show as read and replied on my Outlook profile..

However my 8700 device is not doing this.. is there a setting on the BB or on the BES server that I can look into to fix this?

When you go into enterprise does it say acitvated? And does your desktop manager utilize the desktop redirector or the server itself? Are you using outlook folders/macros?
