Names do not display correctly

Hello. I am new to this site and forum, so forgive me if this has already been posted...or if I am in the incorrect forum for this question.
We recently setup a Blackberry Enterprise Server for Novell GroupWise, and noticed that whenever someone would call from an internal phone, the display is often not correct. We also noticed this on some of our cell phones. We feel that it should display the callers name. In some cases, it will display a different person's name. Other cases will not display a person's name at all, but rather the name of our college. We did not experience this issue when we were running Exchange. Our phone system is Cisco Callmanager 6.01, GroupWise is version 7, and the Blackberry Manager is 4.1.4. Any information will be extremely helpful. We are using 8820's, as well as the Curve.
I have yet to contact AT&T to see what they have to say, but did want to make sure this is not a known issue with the 8820's, the Blackberry Call Manager, etc.
