Anyone have the direct link to where I can download the OS that came on the 8700c, I believe it was the 4.1?

Why would you want 4.1?

The reason is because I want to see if I people can hear me when I try talking to them, because I never bothered to check and now that I installed 4.5, no one can hear me and I think it maybe be an software issue, either that or a broken microphone and I at least want to give it a try before I RMA it.

I have several 8700's with OS 4.5 and haven't had an issue. OS 4.5 doesn't usually cause this issue. It's generally a bad mic.

Damn, I figured as much. I guess I will RMA it, btw I wasn't able to downgrade as I am not sure how haha, only upgrade.
