Default Mapquest for Nextel

Just noticed that there is another app listed at the Nextel Wireless Web under GPS Applications. Its MapQuest Find Me. Anyone tried it yet?

Yea I've been using Telenav since it first became available for the 7520. It is a nice program. I use it a lot.

Actually just loaded it on my BB last night so will post when I try it. I don't need to have a GPS on the phone cause have one in my truck. I tried Telenav when I went from FL to NC and while it worked ok whenever I lost a signal for cell use it default to what mapquest is anyway. Also noticed when you lose signal on Telenav you have to reconnect and do the route over it didn't seem to reconnect on its own. For the most part it matched the GPS in my truck though.
But I figured I would try mapquest since it is like 3.99 compaired to 10.00 a month also mapquest has a tracking that you can use online as well you could even give other access to see where you are or see them as well.
Nextel has the same thing with the locator service for 15.00/month with no directions and Telenav doens't off it.

If you get lost seems either one would put you back on course might not get audio prompts and stuff but if you have the radio on wouldn't hear them anyway and if you depend on the prompts and lose signal you can still miss a turn anyway with telenav.

But will post more as I use it for a few days.
