On the Storm, in the upper right under the 1XEV there is two icons side by side, the one is a circle w/ crosshairs and to its right is the message is sending icon that looks like segments of a radar screen going outward, ))). I've always seen them together so that may be just one icon (the manual only shows the ))) part as the Message Is Sending icon though). If they are two different icons what does the circle w/ crosshairs mean?

Also, and possibly more important, why would the Message Is Sending icon always be on? Mine never goes out.

That shows the GPS for E911 is enabled. So if you ever have to call 911 they have you location.

That shows Device GPS is enabled. (i.e so you can use the GPS navigation in BB Maps.)
