Good afternoon, I am new to this and do not speak English, I am presenting a problem with my blackberry 9500, used to buy it and apparently have an account created in the mail settings, know that whatever I give the option of recovering username and password across the GIWA PIN & tells me that there is no username and password for the device configurations shown in a name with the address of the domain wayne8 @ Vodafone, will someone explain how I can recover username and password that are assigned to my PIN?
