Hi guys,this is my first and would need assistance on how to remove the IT policy on my blackberry 8800.I have read several threads from other forums, but i have not got much help .All help would be higly appreciated

thanks for the prompt response but i can not download the policybin file,i keep having the following error ( Unrecognized format for 'C:\Documents and Settings\fatai aderonmu\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\GFH5LTU9\policy[1].bin' can you help please

What OS is on your 8800? If it is 4.5 then use method one of the FAQ posted above.

the OS is 4.5 ,will i get the OS 4.3 or higher (if possible0 from website? and where can i get the JL_Cmder's "resettofactory" command .please.
