I have downloaded the new facebook 1.6 for blackberry several times. My applications show that it is loaded, but it is not found on my app screen (I've selected "Show All" Apps). Has anyone experienced this and know what is going on?

Don't know what OS or phone model you're using, but check in your Downloads folder.

8800 OS 4.2 (tried v4.5 but BB kept rebooting). App shows that it is installed. Where is the download folder on my BB?

I have been having this same problem and have loaded the app at least 15 times. I have a Pearl 8130 and I have read that it is not compatible. I just want the older version of Facebook back!!!!!!!!!

@jgferguson I agree, 1.6 is bloated and slow!! 1.5 was much better!
