I am having problems sorting out app world.
I have gone onto the browser and downloaded it but cannot find it anywhere.
Its not in downloads, applications, media, messenging, games etc.
Ive looked in options, advanced options and it's not there either.
I have done a battery pull and still nothing?
I managed to download Facebook for blackberry which works fine and is in applications.

Also I have tried to set up my email but I get an error message saying something like "could not connect you to server" even though my wifi is fine.

And I have tried to download the blackberry desktop manager from blackberry website and my pc says it doesn't support the file??
Do I need to plug the phone in via usb first? I haven't got my usb cable yet.

I want to cry!!!!!!!

You need a blackberry data plan to use blackberry app world. Do u have one?

I have exactly the same problem.

I have been using the App world fine until I had an e mail saying that there was a new version to download. I downloaded the new .35 version and it says that it has downloaded fine, apart from the fact that the icon does not appear anywhere and I can't access it.

E mails and all the other applications that have previously been downloaded all work fine, so my data plan is in place and working. I would imagine that there is a bug with the new version, but annoying as it has been working fine.

Any suggestions??

You'd think since Blackberry App World is such a "cash cow" for RIM that fixing this problem would be a priority issue.
