god this is driving me NUTS! whenever i try to install the blackberry desktop software off the CD , it comes up with the error "The wizard was interrupted before blackberry desktop software 4.6 could be completely installed." ive tried everything and nothing seems to work!!!

Try the newest version. Run it in admin mode.
