The ring tone is a cool concept, I like it, it's just too bad the tone is so cheesy, I wish it had more too it instead of sounding like a really bad midi ringtone.

I don't mean to bash your guys hard work in making it, I think I would just like it to have more too it.

Just a thought

Help. I've downloaded a couple of ring tones but I don't know how to get it on my 8700. I've tried with the application loader but it doesn't work.

You know if you read the entire thread instead of a quick post you would find this:

Default
I usually attach the MP3 and then send it to my gmail account. I can download it off my BB from there.

Thanks KonTiki,
I did read this thread and also searched the Ringtone Forum but couldn't find out how to get it onto the BB. I am knew to BB and really don't know how.

I sent it to my BB through email and received it on the BB as an attachment. I've tried but can't figure out how to get the file to my other ringtones.

We're not all pros like you.

THe best way to do it is to send it to a server and then download it from there, I do not do ringtones so I am not quite sure what free places exist to do this but there are several that have been mentioned in the threads, so again I am not trying to be cute but searching would be the best place, for example search: " server for ringtones"

Default Do it from the Internet Browser on the 8700

Then use the trackwheel to save it once it loads and plays.
