I am having real problems upgrading to 4.1.1.

During the Application Loader routine it fails and issues an error message of:

"A fatal error has occurred while updating your device's software. Please try again.

Unspecified error encountered [J:0x00000011]"

Any ideas?

Also - and I'm sure this is a stupid question - from time to time I receive emails to Outlook which are clearly intended for the BB, but I don't know what I am supposed to do with them.

Help!
