You can't. No modem scripts for the Mac.

tether A noun:
restraint consisting of a rope (or light chain) used to restrain an animal

I don't know if VZW supports Mac on their VZAccess software. Have you checked the web site?

Default 7130 as modem on Verizon with Mac OS10.4.4

Has anyone been successful in using the 7130 as a modem for an ibook to the internet?
Verizon advertises that it can be tethered and they say that the 7130 can work as a modem to access internet with a mac.
How is it done?
