This is porbably a stupid question, but where is the mic located on a 7130e? It's not the speaker on the back is it, or maybe it is? The reason I ask is because people say my voice is sometimes muffled, and I'm wondering if it's due to my skin for the BB. Anybody's help would be most appreciative.

The mic is located on the sides of the 7130e. You will see a slot just opposite the L and A/S keys on the side of the unit.
Yep, I always wondered that, too. But I never asked the question for fear of it sounding like a stupid one. I just figured it was behind the keyboard somewhere.
Thanks whsbuss. I never would have seen that. I think that definitely explains why people say I sound muffled when talking. I have a skin that covers those holes up. Now, to find a new skin that I can keep on (because I'm very clumsy) that will also fit into my pocket.

You're all welcome. I try to leave my hand cupped when talking so I don't block the slots.
