I also got a "Your order has been shipped" email. I ordered Saturday night (11:30PM).

Orders through the testman server will not go through.

I recieved my ship email at 830am..

guess I should LOOK at outlook. How can I track it?? ACE Order Number - whats that?

Call 1-800-922-0204 and ask them to look it up for you.

EDIT: I just called for mine and it is not on my account yet. The CSR said the order was processed and it could take a few hours for the system to update with a tracking number. As I posted above, it looks as if FedEx will show up before VZW's system has the tracking number.

I mentioned before your order will not go through and they wont charge your credit card through testman. you shouldnt never expected this to work since its called "testman"

i placed my order online saturday night and got an email this morning telling me they needed additional information...turns out my credit card declined (which it shouldn't have)...gave them another card and now i have to sit and wait for another email telling me whether or not my order has been processed. they told me if the order has been processed i will receive my phone wednesday...ahhh the wait is killing me..

I'm going nuts here - I'm being told something different by every Customer Service rep that I get, but none of them can order. Basically, I'm a non-B2B customer, eligible for an early upgrade (so I can't order online since it won't give me that option.) What can I do to get this BB?? Can telesales order this for me at the Early Upgrade pricing (CS told me no.)

I am currently a Cingular customer but have been waiting for VZW to get a new Blackberry so that I could switch. Can I just order this off the website and have no problems? Can I go to a store and get my email setup? Thanks.

You can order the 8703e online. It is not yet available in stores. Setting up your email is done by you on your computer at home or by your work if they have a BES.

Why are you guys making this WAAAY more complicated than it is? I went online yesterday morning, ordered the 8703e for $249 with 2 year contract. Within 10 seconds I had an email confirming my order and within 3 hours I had another email with a tracking number. The phone shipped out this morning with free Fedex 2-day and will be here on Wednesday.

Seriously, stop calling random 800 numbers, stop freaking out, stop using testman sites, take 3 deep breaths and just order the phone.
