Well here's something interesting. I downloaded one of my 8700-based themes using Plazmic Theme builder. Standard except for a few different icons.

What happens when making it active, in the "wings" where the network info is (1XEV, etc) I get nothing!!! When I turn the radio to OFF, it does show OFF. Everything else looks good.

This is very strange!

PS: the Dimension-Icon included theme works fine.

Yep. And the new OS for the 8703 is not on verizon's download site. We'll have to wait for jibi to make it available.

I was able to order and my Merits status allowed me to upgrade after 12 months instead of 22

I ordered after I switched to a Corp Account and upgraded after 14 mos for $ 269.99, not bad !!!! Can;t wait for tomorrow when my new baby arrives !!!
