I'm running desktop mgr 4.2. windows XP. older (over a year now) 7100g.

Congifure tab> configure synch> "CHOOSE": Although "Sage ACT!" is listed, when selected the "OK" button is dimmed. why is this? does anyone have the solution? i have installed and re-installed both the desktop mgr and ACT 6.0.

the real brain-tease: i'm running the exact same configuration on my laptop, and it synchs... no problem. can't find the difference.
