Default Need Help Troubleshooting BES Activation Prob

Please Login to Remove!

Hi,

I am a corporate employee trying to connect to my company's BES, but I'm having the following problems:

1) No email I send from my handheld using the 'Desktop' profile reach their destinations

2) Any email I recieve in my Outlook inbox is not fowarded to my BB.

3) This is the one that is concerning me the most, I am getting the following messages in my Inbox, about one every 30 min (and one every time I try to send an outgoing msg from my BB):

The above thread discusses it a bit. I'm not sure if it will fix your problems or not. I'm going to try the fix suggested by Von Maestro (near the bottom of the thread)

That's the correct first step. Reinstall the Desktop Manager and make sure that you say you are using a BES and NOT the Desktop Redirector.
