Hi all.

Anyone seen this error and/or know what/where to look to fix it...

The description for Event ID ( 10000 ) in Source ( BlackBerry User Administration Service ) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. You may be able to use the /AUXSOURCE= flag to retrieve this description; see Help and Support for details. The following information is part of the event: RolesManager::LoadListFromUsers() - Unable to load list from database user list..


Everything seems to be working, but this is appearing as an error in the logs

I am also getting this error, and it happens randomly, several times a day. Currently I am running Enterprise Server 4.1.4.5, and using the BESUserAdminClient to submit new users from a website.

Once this error starts to occur, the AdminClient is no longer able to submit commands to the server.

Any Help with a fix to this issue would be greatly appreciated.

are you using besuseradminclient / besuseradminservice 4.1.4? or an older version?

Using 4.1.3.6 currently, the new version of the RK wasn't out at the time I installed 4.1.4 upgrade.

Will see if the new RK fixes it

New RK fixed the issue. reinstalled besuseradminservice from new RK, and also replaced besuseradminclient. Seems to be holding now

sweet I've had more trouble recently with 4.1 flavors of the resource kit working with different versions ... apparently RIM is going to make us stick to something they say for once with only using versions released for a specific SP
