I've had my Blackberry for about 2 weeks now and all has been fine untill last saturday night.
All of a sudden no emails were being forwaded to the BB. I went online and requested the service books that I recieved but this had no effect either. I've rebooted the BB too many times to remember in the last couple of days and have been on the phone to my provider T-Mobile constantly. I followed their advice and went onto their dedicated BB web site and deleted my accounts and re created them (including all the filters - what a pain). The bottom line is I still have this problem.
Funny thing is I have a GMAIL acount that works fine and has done thoughout these last few days therfore I do not believe there is an issue with my BB device.
I have 3 different yahoo accounts and each one has packed in.
By the way I have managed to simply set up email forwarding from the yahoo web site for my main yahoo account to the gmail account so as a temp messure I recieve the emails (unfiltered) via this account.
Has anyone else had this issue?
is there something I'm missing?
Any comments or help would be most welcome.
