Incase anyone had the same question, I found the answer on another forum to my first question.
Here it is:
FOUND IT!!
go into your call log
highlight a call
Select View history
If you added notes to that call, you can choose edit notes
As far as the second one, I guess you can click the track wheel and go to "clear field", but it seems like there is an easier way to do this. Anyone know?
