Several weeks ago I went to Handango and purchased Blackberry Alerts ($12.95). Since then I have has no e-mail from Handango with my key to unlock. I e-mailed them and they gave me some kind of lame excuse about finding no record of my purchase. I e-mailed back with the details. No word since. Any suggestions?
Do you have a receipt of purchase? If you do, I don't understand how the could deny you. Of course there are usually two sides to every story.

Strange. I have bought many applications from Handango and never had a problem. Have you checked your bank account to make sure the transaction went through? If it did, I am sure you can get the details from the transactions and send to Handango. Maybe a phone call to them will work best, but have the debit card record before you call.
