Hi,
I have a user with a new 8800.
His options are set to "delete on mailbox and handheld" but when he deletes from his blackberry, it does not put the message in his Outlook Deleted Items.

Wireless reconciliation is on.

We are using BES. Any ideas are greatly appreciated.

I think the following should work:

Go to Message Options>Email Reconciliation

Select "Delete On"

It is probably currently set to Handheld. You can change it to Mailbox and Handheld or Prompt (I personally prefer Prompt).

He has it set for delete on mailbox and handheld as stated in my original entry.
He's the only user we have who has complained about this.

is he moving the messages in Outlook off of Exchange and into a local folder?

What is the option set to for:

"On conflicts"
Mailbox wins or handheld wins

Should be mailbox wins.

Did you manage to find a resolution to this? I am having the same problem, same scenario, 8800, BES and exchange, have checked all settings suggested and they are as they should be?

Same here, issue with an 8800 user. I've got an 8800 with no issues.
