Default 6230 LED Flashing, no messages

I've searched here and tried every option I know of, but I can't figure out why the red LED light keeps flashing. There are no messages or phone calls, no hidden messages, no tasks, no calender item. Anybody know what it means?

In my search someone said that it might be set to flash if there is a signal. I didn't set it that way and I can't find where that setting would be.

Well, whatever it was, sending myself an email from my home pc and then opening it on the BB stopped it from flashing.
