7100 Cases
Please Login to Remove!
My wife just got herself a 7100t. Sigh. Since I refuse to use the "search" feature, can someone please list out in detail what the great 7100 cases are for a woman to use. Or even for a man to use.
Thank you.

NJBB, I bought this case off Ebay for my 7100t and love it. It is snug, not too tight, has the sleepr magnet and has been a good sturdy case. It has a top flap which holds tight with a magnet closure. I've had it for about 2 months now and the sewn seams are holding up and the whole case is still in good shape. I paid 21.95 plus shipping. Be warned there is another case on Ebay that looks like this one and costs less, but doesn't appear to be as good. I can highly recommend the one at the link below.
And, no, I am not the seller and have no interest in it other than a good recommendation.

NJ, I agree with JSanders. I love that case. I think you saw it WES didn't you. It takes a while to get because I think it ships from Canada but it is nice. What you need is one with your favorite friend on it.

Indeed, I have had this case for approximately a month now, and thus far I am impressed with it's quality and flexiblity. It also is very classy. Your mileage may vary of course. It took about 10 days via the postal service.
Regards,
Azeke

NJ,
I love this case. I like the credit card slot, room for a couple business cards and a little cash. No sleeper function, but I've found that I really don't notice it much since I charge my phone every night anyway. The clip is strong enough to clip nicely to my purse, but not so strong that it leaves indentations on the leather. That may not seem like a big thing to you, but I promise that your wife will love it.

I HATE THOSE POUCHES AND THE POUCHES THAT COME WITH THE UNITS... why can't they just come up with a plastic holster like the old ones did. IMO those pouches look gaudy and cheap... I NEED SOMEONE TO MAKE A PLASTIC HOLSTER before I lose my mind !!!!!!! Wait... I think I may have already lost that a couple of days ago. That reminds me... I need to call LOCKLINE to place a claim to have them send me a "brand new mind" It's getting so bad that I may break down and buy a Treo leather case and use that... now that's gonna be gaudy... oh well.

I bought the case from Canada on e-bay and its great, especially with the swivel clip.
Just today I also received the leather clip camel case from rim similar to the vinyl one sent with the devices. A female co-worker also bought it. I hate wearing geek stuff on my belt but this one is pretty stylish if ya have to wear suits to work and I like the the fact there is no flap.
Okay, this is sad. The blackberry is now a fashion accessory. Ugh.

I REALLY like this case except for the clip that goes on to my belt can be a little stiff, even after 4 months of use......its still a little stiff.
But I beat up my case a lot, and it still is in great shape, it holds the phone well and never has it damaged it. It looks nice and feels nice and I never have to worry about losing the phone. I may ned to pick up a replacement case here in the next few months, but this case is a winner in my book.

I absolutely love this Vaja case:
http://www1.vajacases.com/images/sma...rry_7100t.html
It costs a fortune, I'd lose the sleeper function, I'd be scared to death of scuffing the leather, and I have to have it.

I had a vaja case for my Handspring (Delux!) back in the day, and they are the absolute best cases. They actually look better with a little wear and a few scuffs so they look aged.

Ditto. This is a quality product. I've had mine for a couple months.

I bought mine off ebay. I bought the OEM leather black pouch made by RIM. I always prefer the OEM premium leather cases. It's just me.

I just called SmartPhone Depot and ordered the new Skin Tight case for my 7100. It isn't on their website yet because it isn't available quite yet, but it will be any day now they said. I'm already on the pre-order list so he said I should be one of the first to get it for the 7100 although the 7290 version has been out for a bit. I'll let you know how it works for me.

"While holding your device securely in place, this case protects and covers all edges, buttons and the d-pad from any scratches, bumps and dings. There are strategic cutouts for easy access to stylus,charging/synchronization socket, IR port, reset button, camera, memory card slot and headphone jack."
The cookie cutter description is a little disturbing, but looks like a solid product. Just for clarification this is different from the Skin Tight Case correct?

No, I should have said 7100t. I heard they are considering making one for the other 7100 models depending on how well the 7100t case sells and what they think the demand is for the other 7100 g/r series.
