Question filed message?

a folder?
It could be a filed message icon.
if so in Messages;
(wheel)Options => General Options => [change "Hide Filed Messages:" to Yes]

[see attached image of filed message icon]

I am having the same trouble. Can someone help? The icon is the blue "filed message" icon listed by Rancor, above. At least in my case, however, the message has not been saved, hasn't even been viewed on the BB. Has been viewed by not saved, deleted, moved, filed, categorized or anything else in Outlook. I'm on BB software 4.0.0.219; desktop manager software 4.0.0.30; outlook 2003. We are using BES but don't know what version (just that they're about to upgrade, haven't done so yet, and we all need to be at bb and desktop manager software versions 4 or greater.) This problem began when we got new laptops w/ xp and outlook 2003. Previously I was on w2k with outlook 2k and never experienced this problem; no change in bb or desktop manager software.

Before someone replies (again) that this query is in the wrong sub-forum, or that a quick google search yields the result, please understand that I've pored over countless entries here and have performed multiple google searches. I already know you're smarter than I am, so you don't need to rub it in...

thanks
