I realize this might be because I only recently signed up for the forums or my # of posts, but I don't see attached images in threads. I tried using Internet Explorer 7 and Firefox 2 and also 3 beta 5. No add ons that would block images in Firefox. Any ideas?

is your settings set to show in the user cp?

and are you checking threads that are after march 1st ish. any attachments before then are gone.

Settings are set for showing attachments. I don't know about the date though, I'll have to check that out. All attachments prior to March 1st-ish are gone?

The other thing is that when I view the forums without logging in I can see the link for attachments but if I click on them it asks me to log in. Once I do that it doesn't load the attachment.

I can see that. It must be a date thing. I looked for other threads that had attachments and found out that it IS a date thing. thanks so much for the help, sorry for the noob issues! lol

Sith, I found this thread searching for an attachment problem on the wap site. I just tested your attached picture and I get an error message that says

"Unsupported media type: $atmimetype[0]"

Can you see your own attached picture using the wap site? This also happens on .bmp files that someone had attached in a different thread.
