Looks good, though there is several things on the top left side of the page being overlapped.

I like it! I love the consistency of the colors! Looks like it really is the sister site of BlackBerryForums

BTW, do you think we could change it to a single-column page or whatever? The two columns feel crowded. Just suggesting...

Without BlackBerryFAQ.com, all the same questions would've still been asked... over and over again!

Great resource which I use often.

In the General Device FAQ area , consider one line titles. That will cut the section to one column instead of two. You have the space for this.
Hard to track with the eyes back and forth. In fact, I would use one line titles throughout the site.

The main page will still be getting a slight makeover... Main page will have images to all the main areas...

It will be much shorter, and condensed...

For example,

Image of 8300 (83xx Series written under the image)

Once clicked on you will go to the 83xx area.

Image of BIS / BES (BIS / BES written under the image)

When clicked on you will go to the BIS BES area....

Ect......

I am uploading a ton of images today, and will have a preview of the main page look within the next week or so.... If it's not like we can easily revert back to how it looks today!

I really like like the new look / layout! And think once the main page is shortended up and images added it will be awesome!!!!

Thanks Guess!!!!

Kris

I think an easier, and better looking solution might be to add a divider (a faded line) between each line of the FAQ's in the major areas....

As one user, I like your faded line idea.

I would appreciate anything you can do to help me track. My contention and as you know is that we read left-right first, and not up-down.

You can also go into options once logged in and hide the table(s) as this helps move every thing over....

In user options, uncheck this box

Code:
Show table of contents (for pages with more than 3 headings)
I think once we get the redesign done (with images) that the table view could be hidden by default....

I like it except the light blue font is not as easy to read as black font. The links in the upper left corner have some funkiness in IE 7. That area looks ok in Firefox however.

Yeah, Tom is working on that "funkiness." Hopefully, he'll figure out what's causing it.
