What? When you sign up you get premium membership.

What else are you looking for?

Nothing really. It's just cool to donate to a site. I mean, with HoFo you really don't get much besides the ability to change your title and have more PM space. It was just an idea. No biggie to not have it.

Wirelessly posted (8703e)

The membership makes its own rewards. I have enjoyed both a 'premium' membership when I participated more, and a 'regular' membership when I slacked off.

No charge either way.

Some sites try to make a buck no matter what, and some sites just provide great info and great service for free....

Become a premium member by offering your assistance and being a great resource. That is something money can't buy.

Exactly. This is not a greedy organization, the sponsors are kind enough to pay for the workings of the site, why add a store, more ads, premium membership, a donate button, and ruin a good thing, a good thing that has been running without the need for any of that for 4 years now.

I just think I already got that 'premium' membership here--y'know we've got these "premium" Mods and members around...

You ask a question and some 100,000++ active members would provide the answer... all for free.

Without BlackBerryFAQ.com, all the same questions would've still been asked... over and over again!

Enjoy the site and take the money you were going to donate and give it to cancer research or something like that...

hey man you lot

Premium membership makes people feel just a whole lot better than normal blokes like me and so who are you to deny them the right to hand over money for no real gain just so they can have "premuim" written next to them?

Take the money and give the premium status then we can get back to helping each other and normal plebs like me will doff my cloth cap and say thank you m'lud everytime a premium chap reaches down to me.
