For those who have found or lost a device..?
I recently just found one so this is why I request it..lol

Well if you found a device, why didn't you report it found to the local police?

Or you could contact the carrier that is branded on the device and see if they will help. Might not work, though.

How about you look to see what email address is in the device and send it an email. Maybe the owner will get it on his desktop computer and call you back.
