I just wanted to announce something that should have been announced weeks ago by the new owner. BlackBerryForums.com no longer runs, or is associated with BlackBerryNews.com. There has been a severe neglect for BlackBerryNews.com (from me as the owner) the past couple of months and I am hoping the new owner (the editor in chief) Troy Brown will bring the site to a new level.

Thank you to those loyal followers, and those that have helped out over BlackBerryNews.com's rather short life so far (1 year). BlackBerryForums, and BlackBerryFAQ remain as the original sister sites and there are absolutely no intentions of a change in ownership.

I appologize in the delay in getting this out, but it is apparent WES pushed back all plans.

I understand that blackberrynews.com is no longer run by blackberryforums.com, but does anyone know where it went? It seems like I was just on there a couple of days ago, but today that domain name is not found in DNS on either my PC or BlackBerry. Is it just me, is it a temporary DNS issue, or did the site go away?

It was fine yesterday. I am unable to get to the site today as well.
