Problem with Adding PIN
 

Hey there! So, I'm new to this site, so I hope I'm doing this in the right forum.

My problem is this, I just got the blackberry. I've added people to my BBM list before, and currently have 19 contacts. Yet now, when I click add a contact(type in the PIN) my only options are PASTE or FULL MENU. I can't click request, or click the number and send a request. I get to the point of typing it in, and I need some help.
