Default Wrong email? .com v.s. .net?

Please Login to Remove!

I've more than 1 account on this site I'm almost positive....1)My old phone/email was registered through here.(Old phone was Alltel/Bby). 2)When Verizon replaced my phone with new one I had to register again because my email wasn't the same & I couldn't access my original account thu my new phone so I had to register my new phone. 3)Apparently when I registered the 2nd time I typed an incorrect address (.com)because I'm not getting anythig from here & it's been 2 weeks. (When I registered the 1st time I had 'Welcoming msgs.' within a few days).
4)When I tried to edit my email address (from .com to .net) so that I could receive msgs I was notified that there was already the same address being used. Of it is it's one of my misstakes & so far the .com is apparently receiving all of my .net or some thing.
*I really don't know what to do now...
