How can I delete my own post

Hey folks. I couldn't find a better section to post this in. How can I delete or edit a post of my own?

You can't edit after about 180 minutes or something like that.
If you need a post deleted, please let one of the moderators know (listed in colored links in the members online at the bottom of the main page, or use the orange REPORT post button at the top right of the post in question, and ask to have it deleted or edited.
