Log In Problems to BB Forums Mobile
 

I'm on a 9800.

Up until last week I never had to relogin into BBForums whenever I returned on my BB via the mobile site, let alone when I wished to post.

Now any time I return I am logged out. Some times even after logging in and changing threads I am somehow automatically logged out without even closing the browser.

I am completely baffled as to why this is the case. Haven't really changed anything on this end with my Torch -- has the BBForums somehow made some configuration changes or other to cause this automatic logout?

Anyone able to help, please?

I have witnessed this myself and not only on the mobile version of this site.

I've had intermittent login issues from my BLACKBERRY as well. "Your IP has been suspended..." Additionally, my browsers on my Mac laptop never remember my login. Safari, Opera, and FireFox all log me out each time I navigate away from the forums.

Yep, now that you mention it, I am getting a similar response on my device from the mobile site. However, the message I am seeing is:

"Sorry. The administrator has banned your IP address. To contact the administrator click here" :shock:

There used to be an option to stay logged in from a PC web browser. This seems to have gone away.

I have cleared the IP ban list to see if this resolved the problem.

I'm also having this problem on my computer. Can't stay logged in once I leave the forum. It seems to have started last week when they had the forum down for maintenance.

Delete all cookies for blackberryforums and then reload site, log in and you should be fine.
