Tom,
I have posted about this in the past, and was never able to get the problem resolved. My mistake, my company name is in my user name and I now find those posts show up in internet searches.

I accept you can't delete posts or allow me to de-register. However you also will not allow me to register a new membership using my same email. I feel like a hostage.

How can I change my user name or re-register with same email address? Please PM me with a solution.

You need to send the PM to the members of the staff. Any of them can help you. You do not need Tom.
