Default Enchanced WAP version available in future? - 02-27-2005, 07:45 PM

Hi, All:

I did a brief scan for this topic but didn't find anything -- if I'm posting an already-discussed issue, forgive me.

I love browsing BBForums from my Blackberry at work and at home, but I'd love it even more if we could enjoy some of the basic features offered by other wireless message boards (HoFo in particular), such as:

-Viewing multiple replies in a thread on a single page
-A more streamlined and intuitive interface
-An easier-to-read font than those (forgive me) horrendous italics.

I realize the board administrators are busy, but is any of this in the works?

All I have to say is Stay Tuned! There will be some major changes here at BlackBerryForums in the near future.

Wirelessly posted (Blackberry 7100g: BlackBerry7100/4.0.0 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1)

How about a search feature for the wap page while we're at it? I spend most of my time browsing the web from my 7100g, and find it frustrating that I can't search the wap page for topics. Thanks

only available in the full-featured WiForums add-on. Tom is running the standard edition. i'm not sure if its worth another $50, to be honest.

The latest Wiforums is quite amazing, compared to the features we have now. Check out flyertalk.com's wap site as an example (they are running the top version, features are wild).
