click on "search" and than click on "advance search". There you should see a box where you can enter your name and it will find posts that you have made in.

Click xxx8220;Print Screenxxx8221; button from keyboard xxx8211; Open MS Paint xxx8211; Edit Paste xxx8211; File Save As

A sweet PrintScreen app I use is ScreenPrint32. You can customize from the screen what you capture:
