Default how to indicated related or linked threads?

I can't post a link - even if it's to this site itself, so how do I make a note that says "See this thread over here? I think it's related to this problem here... " and vice versa... Sometimes people might have posted in the wrong area or many they posted a related problem for a different reason - still looking for an answer personally, but as I found a couple of things that should be tied together I thought I'd help others - but not sure how...

Thanks!

Designed to limit the amount of spammers that come to this site. If you do contribute to the forums you will easily reach the quota of 10 posts; then you can post links, etc.
